#49 Habit

Nowadays, there are many statements and knowledge teaching people how to be success on the internet, books, and so on...

Like
Poor Dad, Rich Dad
李嘉誠教你五年內買車買房  
(五年內買車買房需不需要李嘉誠教啊!)

suppose to be success is more easier, but in reality this is not the case.

以我愚见 (My humble opinion)
1. The Knowledge is not totally correct or cannot be apply to all.
2. Too many distraction Smart Phone notification, Game, browsing internet with no objective, 
    read all post Facebook that actual not related to you, and those information you don't have to know.
3. and so on

Some point at above actually we are doing it by subconscious or habit.

seem talking too much... okay make it short, how to Overcome a common bad habit for this generation.
Bad Habit 1. Facebook.
1.1 Turn off notification
1.2 unfollow friend that not so related to you 
(not unfriend, just you cannot see their "New Feed" at your "Home" page)
1.3 Limited access, Go to China or deactivate account.


Bad Habit 2. Game (Handphone game has more damage to kill time)
2.1 Turn off notification
2.2 Limit playing time.
2.3 Uninstall

Above are the normal solutions that normally inefficient
how about
1. Find another Interest, game, movie, other thing to do. (use another new game to quit old game is always work) 
2. Calculate how many time you spend on it, and what if you use the time to do other thing.
     2.1. In these 2 months I use more than 100 hour to play Clash of Clan, 
            the time is enough me to take 2 online course.
3. If cannot quit, Only play game when there are nothing to do. 
    Like in a bored wedding dinner, or waiting a late comer.
4. I am still finding the way, kindly advise


Whenever you have a moment of free time, you are not looking around you, not thinking about the thing that you should think of, but you play your handphone instead. You are giving up chances every moment.
每当你有一点空闲时间,你不去看看你的周围, 不去想想那些你应该想的事情,却玩你的手机,而你每个零碎的时间里都在放弃机会。

fyi, I am talking myself, because I am addicted on some games recently.
